Timberjack

General Overview

The Timberjack is a gigantic dragon belonging to the Sharp Class. Known for its enormous wings and graceful gliding ability, it is one of the most elegant yet dangerous dragons in existence. Although it prefers peace and solitude in dense forests, the Timberjack can become extremely violent when provoked, using its vast razor-sharp wings to cut through trees, wooden structures, and enemies with terrifying ease.

Physical Appearance

  • Body & Color: It has a long, serpentine body with a woody-brown coloration and a lighter underbelly, giving it a natural forest-like appearance.
  • Head & Face: Its head is stout and strong, with two horns and several tendril-like whiskers hanging from its chin.
  • Appendages: It lacks true legs, but the hooked talons on its wings can function like limbs when needed and are also used as weapons.
  • Wings & Tail: Its wings are massive and broad, each fitted with hooks and razor-like edges, while its tail is pointed and relatively simple compared to the rest of its body.

Abilities and Combat

  • Razor-Sharp Wings: Its huge wings are sharp enough to shear through thick tree trunks, masts, and wooden buildings without slowing down its flight.
  • Oil-based Fire: It breathes a hot, sticky, ember-like fire that can be used in streams, fireballs, or to ignite collected timber for warmth.
  • Fire Nova: It can unleash a powerful charged fire nova attack capable of damaging multiple targets at once.
  • Wing Shields: Its durable wings can also be folded defensively, absorbing heavy punishment from both dragons and humans.
  • Speed and Agility: Despite its size, it is highly agile in the air and uses its massive wings for excellent maneuverability.
  • Strength: It can effortlessly carry riders, slice obstacles apart, and use falling trees or debris as part of its attacks.

Behavior and Personality

  • Intelligence: It is perceptive and capable of distinguishing allies from enemies, and it can learn whistles and verbal commands.
  • Temperament: Timberjacks are sensitive, skittish, and protective, preferring peace but reacting violently when attacked, offended, or betrayed.
